Extinguisher Training on a tire.
FireStopper in Pressurized Water Extinguisher @ 6%, used by an inexperienced
layman. An engineer we were working
with wanted to experience FireStopper on tires. This video is the
result. Note: Only a small fraction of the extinguisher was used.
This
video is of a fire department that is inexperienced in the use of FireStopper.
When properly trained, a fire like this can be completely
extinguished in about two minutes verses the 6 minutes in the video.

AB 40002 FFC display's its tremendous capabilities on a class A
fire attack used through a 9 liter portable extinguisher @ 6%. The size of the wood crib was 4.3 miters long and
qualified the product under BSI EN3 as a 43A classification.

This demonstration and fire exercise was conducted by Fire Department in
North Carolina using FireStopper ® .
The training exercise demonstrates the enormous fire-fighting and
suppression capabilities of AB 40002 FFC.

strait stream nozzle and pressurized to manufacturer spec's

Akron Challenger aspirating nozzle at 95 psi.

September 2002 – this clip demonstrates
FireStopper® attacking a 3 dimensional pit at Lamar University.
The fuel used was E-3, a highly refined, smokeless form of naphtha. This
fuel is only in use at Lamar University and Texas A&M for training purposes.
Total fuel used was 300 gallons of E-3.
This same pit was extinguished previous to this video with a full 3D running
fire using three Akron Turbo
